Le gouvernement Guinéen doit mettre fin au déni de justice et démettre de leur fonction les officiers soupçonnés d’avoir participé aux massacres et viols de 2009. La CPI doit se saisir des enquêtes et établir un tribunal spécial à Conakry pour le jugement des accusés de crimes contre l’humanité.
La Guinée a un passé lourd de crimes d’état et d’impunité. Avec le jugement des personnes accusées de ces crimes, le pays se donnera une chance pour briser les cycles de dictatures civiles et militaires qui ont fait d’un pays doté par la nature l’une des nations les plus pauvres du monde.

The Guinean government must end the denial of justice and dismiss from their function the officers suspected of involvement in the killings and rapes of 2009. The ICC must take over the investigations and establish a special court in Conakry for the trial of those accused of crimes against humanity.
Guinea has a long history of state crimes and impunity. With the trial of the persons accused of these crimes, the country will give itself a chance to break the cycles of civilian and military dictatorships that have made a country endowed by nature one of the world's poorest nations.
