Samedi 28 novembre 2009, la première Edition de Miss Guinée-Europe couronnera l’ambassadrice des guinéennes résidantes en Europe par un concours de beauté dédié a la mémoire de notre regrettée « KATOUCHA NIANE » qui fut l’une des premières tops modèles africaines sur la scène internationale, la protectrice de la cause féminine (lutte contres l’EXCISION). Ce gala événementiel sera célébré devant le témoignage de plusieurs célèbres invités africains, à noter : OUMOU SY : la créatrice de la mode africaine, ALHADI SEYDNALI : le prince de la mode africaine, JOHANNA BARRY : la présidente du comité officiel de Miss Guinée, DIDIER DROGBA : la star du football africain, FODE BARO : l’artiste préféré des Guinéens, AMADOU DIABY : le propriétaire des dossiers du showbiz guinéen et plusieurs autres...

AYP “African Youth Project” lends their support to launch Miss Guinea – Europe into United Kingdom
On Saturday 28th November 2009 fifteen hopefuls African girls will compete for the first title of Miss Guinea Europe 2010 in front of a celebrity judging panel led by Africa top model designers ALPHADI and OUMOU SY, and Africa football super star DIDIER DROGBA. The first ever show of its kind in Britain will be tribute of KATOUCHA’s memory, one of the first Africa fashion supermodel, after her body was found last year 28th November 2008 floating in the River Seine in Paris.
The event is designed to showcase the beauty, talents and intelligence of Guinean women aged 18 – 30 and the winner will go onto represent Guinea at the next Miss Africa & Miss World Universe trough AYP promotion.
Miss Guinea Europe will be staged at London. Profits from the event are used to affect positive change and to promote the value of Africa women beauty by supporting fights against female circumcision. (STOP EXCISION)
